Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to qualified leads.
- Present product solutions and overcome objections to close sales and generate revenue.
- Manage and update the CRM database with accurate customer information and activity logs.
- Collaborate with the retention team to ensure customer satisfaction and reduce churn.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets in a fast-paced setting.
- Conduct follow-up activities to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively and independently during weekend shifts.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
