Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to identify new sales opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to meet customer needs and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and campaign execution.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and industry trends.
- Drive foot traffic and generate leads through community outreach and events.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales or customer service (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment without sacrificing quality.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
