Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn using Salesforce automation
- Present customized solutions to B2B clients across SaaS, fintech, and healthcare sectors
- Close 15+ deals monthly while maintaining 85%+ call activity metrics
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation campaigns
- Document all client interactions in CRM with 100% data accuracy
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and quarterly strategic planning
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales or B2B experience preferred
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs
- Exceptional negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
