Your Role:
As an Entry Level Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle for our clients. You will engage in consultative selling and relationship building rather than cold calling from a script.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify new business leads.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients via phone and email.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies.
- Build and maintain a robust database of prospects in Salesforce.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred).
