Responsibilities
- Engage with customers warmly to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Drive sales performance by actively promoting new arrivals, promotions, and special offers.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure store visual standards and inventory organization are met.
- Identify and communicate market trends or customer feedback to management.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for new team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly preferred.
