As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and building lasting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, addressing their needs and overcoming objections.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal and account onboarding.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted strategies for specific market segments.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads to ensure consistent revenue generation.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market trends and customer insights.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
