Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local Tucson market and surrounding regions.
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and upselling.
- Present products and services to prospective clients, demonstrating value and addressing objections.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and events.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn new sales methodologies.
