Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track pipeline, activities, and performance metrics.
- Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition to C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and campaign messaging.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales or Tele-sales.
- Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and highly coachable.
- Must be available for immediate start and able to work in the New York timezone.
