Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales strategies through phone, email, and virtual meetings to generate new business opportunities
- Prospect and qualify leads using advanced CRM analytics and AI-powered lead scoring systems
- Present tailored product demonstrations and close deals with enterprise-level clients
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and activity tracking in Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion campaigns
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas while maintaining client satisfaction metrics
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Self-motivated hunter mentality with demonstrated ability to close deals
- Availability to work night shift (10 PM - 6 AM EST) with flexibility during peak seasons
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
