Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional smile, ensuring a world-class shopping experience.
- Sales Execution: Learn and promote our premium products and services to drive sales and achieve personal and team targets.
- Operational Excellence: Operate POS systems efficiently, handle cash transactions accurately, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Visual Merchandising: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing, adhering to our brand standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to stock inventory, process shipments, and support store operations.
- Feedback: Communicate customer feedback and market insights to management to help improve our offerings.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; full training provided.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building rapport.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
