Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Proactively engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend products to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Customer Excellence: Provide a world-class shopping experience by greeting customers warmly, answering inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all products are displayed correctly according to company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve collective goals and support peak weekend traffic.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).

- Reliability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
