Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations
- Drive sales through consultative selling techniques and product demonstrations
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets to maximize commission earnings
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new launches and promotions
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized sales floor

- Participate in weekend inventory and merchandising activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
