Responsibilities
- Drive sales through personalized customer consultations and product demonstrations
- Meet/exceed monthly revenue targets with uncapped commission incentives
- Execute in-store merchandising and visual presentation standards
- Process transactions and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with team to optimize store operations and customer flow
- Participate in weekend and holiday retail events
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome
