Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure customer retention.
- Present product demonstrations and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
- Manage and update customer information in our CRM database accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Participate in daily team meetings and weekly training sessions to sharpen skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- No prior sales experience required—only a strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with computers and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
