Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads and conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients in the Baltimore and Virginia area.
- Present company products and services in a professional, persuasive manner.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Track all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to earn uncapped income.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-energy sales team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for field outreach).
