Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Drive sales by actively promoting products, offering recommendations, and closing deals.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Restock inventory and ensure product displays are up-to-date and appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
