- Close Deals: Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements to meet monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our customer relationship management system.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, hospitality, or retail (or equivalent drive to learn).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident speaking voice.
- Goal-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
