Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls and emails to qualified leads in the evening hours.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through effective prospecting.
- Present product features and benefits clearly to convert inquiries into sales.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and sales data in the company CRM.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (entry-level candidates with high energy considered).
- Proven ability to work effectively during night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to earn based on performance and commission.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
