Responsibilities
- Prospect and Qualify: Identify and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Engagement: Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective clients, effectively articulating the value proposition of our solutions.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and close sales opportunities within the assigned territory and quota.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, tracking all interactions and deal stages.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and provide feedback on market trends.
- Quota Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Follow-Up: Follow up with leads promptly to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- CRM Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and a hunger for success.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
- Technology: Comfortable using various communication tools and sales platforms.
