Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and targeted outreach strategies.
- Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and tailor solutions to meet specific client needs and pain points.
- Closing: Navigate the sales pipeline effectively to secure new business and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, opportunities, and contracts within our CRM system.
- Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and develop effective sales collateral.
- Client Retention: Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, customer acquisition, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Education: A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
