Responsibilities
- Exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling techniques and product knowledge
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Operate POS systems efficiently while ensuring accurate transaction processing
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team to maintain premium store presentation standards
- Conduct product demonstrations and training for new associates
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention protocols
- Contribute to weekly sales meetings with actionable insights and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail or B2B sales experience with documented achievement of quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for off-site client meetings
