Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance shopping experiences and drive repeat business
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through product knowledge and upselling techniques
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Manage inventory through stock rotation, replenishment, and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members to maintain visually appealing store displays
- Actively participate in product training to stay current on inventory and promotions

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years retail or sales experience
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals and KPIs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid driver's license for occasional store transfers
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
