Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their unique needs
- Present tailored product solutions to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
- Participate in weekly sales meetings to share best practices and insights
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to build rapport
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales software
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
