Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and personalized shopping assistance
- Drive sales growth by identifying customer needs and suggesting complementary products
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an inviting store environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention protocols
- Participate in product training sessions to maintain expertise on brand offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets and conversion goals
- Strong interpersonal skills with natural ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic math skills for transaction accuracy
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holiday seasons as required

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for store visits
