Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with strict accuracy and cash-handling compliance.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving and organizing new stock.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Perform end-of-shift closing duties, including cleaning and cash reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts, specifically from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and computer literacy (POS experience is a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
