Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, providing personalized assistance to meet their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the store looks appealing and organized.
- Upsell products and services to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Assist in inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Proficiency with technology and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
