Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and consultative selling techniques
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining exceptional store standards
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team to maintain compelling product displays
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Actively participate in product training and sales workshops
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with natural ability to build rapport
- Strong product knowledge aptitude and willingness to master new product lines
- Proficiency with retail technology including POS systems and CRM platforms
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid California driver's license required for occasional off-site promotional events
