Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours, including product demonstrations and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales through upselling techniques and achieving daily/monthly targets
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain secure cash handling
- Manage inventory counts, restock shelves, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Operate security systems and ensure store safety protocols during night operations
- Collaborate with night crew for efficient store operations and customer assistance
- Participate in inventory audits and loss prevention initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible evening and weekend schedules (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Ability to operate POS systems and retail technology
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
