Responsibilities
- Exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling techniques and product demonstrations

- Collaborate with visual merchandising team to optimize product displays and promotions
- Conduct thorough product knowledge sessions for new merchandise launches
- Participate in weekend and holiday sales events with flexible scheduling
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock requirements to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven sales experience in retail or B2B environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and POS systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to adapt to diverse clientele
- Strong negotiation techniques and objection resolution abilities
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Spanish language fluency highly desirable
