- Collaborate with team to achieve daily sales goals and key performance metrics
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and loss prevention
- Support store operations through opening/closing procedures and cleaning routines
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Proficiency with retail technology and point-of-sale systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome
- Passion for fashion, art, and pop culture aligned with Urban Outfitters brand
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
