Qualifications
- 2+ years retail sales experience in luxury or premium segment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong visual merchandising and product presentation abilities
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license (for potential inventory runs)
