- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floor sets and promotional displays
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty program enrollment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and inventory management
- Participate in weekly sales meetings to analyze performance and share best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience with proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Strong product knowledge and passion for fashion/luxury goods
- Proficiency in retail technology including POS systems and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
