Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services that meet their requirements.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with inventory.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and patience.
- Assist in store operations, including pricing, displays, and merchandising.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems is preferred.
