Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients to generate new sales opportunities.
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to qualified leads.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through effective qualification techniques.
- Present product demonstrations and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
- Close deals over the phone and manage the post-sales relationship to ensure retention.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or lead generation.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
