- Sales Execution: Utilize sales techniques to meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Administrative Tasks: Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems and handle cash deposits.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; we provide full training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident, outgoing personality.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
