Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and in-person meetings to identify new business opportunities.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective clients in the local area.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close contracts to meet monthly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using Salesforce or CRM software.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain relationships with existing clients for upselling opportunities.
- Attend weekly sales training and team meetings to refine skills and strategies.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation (mileage reimbursement provided).
- Proven track record in outside sales, cold calling, or B2B sales (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel locally within the San Diego metropolitan area.
