Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face product demonstrations and sales presentations to prospective clients in the Los Angeles area.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business leads through proactive prospecting.
- Identify and qualify decision-makers to ensure high-quality sales interactions.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align outreach strategies with current campaigns.
- Manage all post-meeting follow-ups, including proposals and contract negotiations.
- Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions to refine sales techniques.
- Track all activities and interactions accurately within our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in outside sales or business development.
- Valid, clean driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Availability to work a part-time schedule (approx. 20-25 hours/week).
