Responsibilities
- Initiate and execute outbound cold-calling campaigns to generate new leads in the Chicago metropolitan area.
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual product presentations to demonstrate value and secure meetings with decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools.
- Close sales, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely client onboarding.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention and loyalty.
- Track daily activity and report progress toward sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in outside sales, commission-based sales, or B2B sales roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local client travel.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate client availability.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM software is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
