Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume cold calling and prospecting to generate new business opportunities within the Greater Boston area.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to demonstrate our premium products and services.
- Present tailored solutions to clients, addressing their specific needs and overcoming objections effectively.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the Salesforce CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
Qualifications
- A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are mandatory for this role.
- Proven track record in outside sales or business development (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce is a plus).
