Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to qualified leads within the Washington DC metro area.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
- Research target markets and identify key decision-makers within organizations.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively handle client objections.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Update client records and track daily progress in real-time.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in B2B inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a significant plus).
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and remotely.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule (e.g., 20-25 hours per week).
