Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs using virtual demos
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and field teams to ensure seamless client handoffs
- Document all activities in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Authorization to work in the United States
