Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads and proactively reach out to potential customers via phone and email.
- Qualify prospects to determine their needs and schedule product demos.
- Present company solutions and negotiate pricing to close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Must be available to work a part-time schedule (e.g., 20-25 hours per week).
- Self-starter with a high level of emotional intelligence and resilience.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup if working remotely.
