Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine sales readiness and product fit.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively overcome customer objections.
- Accurately record all customer interactions and pipeline activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain a professional and positive brand image at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales or B2B sales (remote or office-based).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in previous roles.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup for remote work.
