Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
- Exceed monthly sales quotas with uncapped commission incentives
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce CRM
- Present product demonstrations to key decision-makers
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales or SaaS experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in consultative selling and objection handling
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
