Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Qualify inbound leads and effectively schedule appointments for senior sales representatives.
- Manage and update the Salesforce CRM with accurate prospect information and activity logs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on outreach campaigns and messaging.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as calls made, emails sent, and meetings booked.
- Represent the company’s products and services with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce, is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required for remote flexibility.
- Availability to work approximately 20-25 hours per week.
