Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Qualify incoming leads and conduct outbound prospecting calls to generate new business opportunities within the Ohio region.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consultative selling and active listening.
- CRM Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Salesforce CRM system to track progress and forecast sales.
- Product Presentation: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients via phone and email.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Market Research: Analyze local market trends to identify new verticals and optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with a strong drive to exceed sales targets.
- Flexibility: Availability to work a part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to commute to the Ohio area.
