Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to qualified leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage inbound leads via phone and email, guiding prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track interactions, update client data, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively handle objections to close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting strategies and ensure lead quality.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
