Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate qualified leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals within the assigned territory.
- Utilize CRM software to accurately track interactions, update customer profiles, and maintain pipeline health.
- Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPIN or MEDDIC is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
