As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and managing client relationships through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities within the Texas market.
- Manage a high volume of inbound leads, qualifying them to ensure they match our ideal customer profile.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to accurately log interactions, track progress, and update client data.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets while maintaining a high customer satisfaction score.
- Prepare contracts and necessary documentation to close deals efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce experience is highly desirable).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within a sales organization.
- Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings or weekends if required.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
