As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be the voice of Apex Growth Solutions, managing inbound leads and qualifying prospects to ensure our senior account executives focus on closing high-value deals.

Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule appointments for account executives.
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle initial client inquiries via phone and email.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track interactions and update prospect information.
- Research potential clients and build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly activity metrics for call volume and lead generation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
